Charlie Brooker has a new show yaaaay and its been showing for a few weeks now on channel 4 and its awesome. I only mention this because he has enlightened me to one of the most crazy TV idea's ever. Its insane! I hope I'm not building this up to much!!!! But first here is Charlie Brooker talking about said new show.....You've Been Watching.

Yes that really was the IRA vs The Taliban!! Made into some sort of TV reality for your viewing pleasure on a show called Deadliest Warrior. Right first up i would like to say the IRA and the Taliban are not Warriors they are cowards full stop and so can not be warriors. I would like to know who thought this was a great idea? To watch some fictional battle between two terrorist murdering bastard groups in a car park or junk yard? Only an American!! That's sounds harsh but its true, also i really don't think the IRA would win, that's just blatant American loyalty and idealism about the Irish republican movement, where facts and reality just don't matter.

This is like some macabre paint ball game. I’m actually surprised they didn’t throw some Russians in there. Americans hate Russians it seems. I don’t know if I’ve ever watched an American movie where the Russians were the good guys. There a Russian in the movie? Then you know that’s the bad guy.
I’m not sure I understand how the two clips relate though.
